Organizing : We simply go through the demo using "viewdemo" command and then we get the exact demo time in a .txt file that we title similar to the demo.

Converting : For just about any demo (IN-EYE/POV or even HLTV):

Choose the v47 demo that you would like to converted to v48,viewdemoand play in COL, you will find a demo named coldemoplayer.dem inside your cstrike folder (identical demo but v48) which you duplicate (before you decide to quit cs) anywhere you want changing the name
